Our Story
Greek Brothers started from a lifelong connection to Greek food, family, and tradition. Growing up in Greece surrounded by chefs and restaurant owners, brothers Stavros and Giannis Metekidis were always close to the kitchen. Their grandfather was a chef who owned diners in New Jersey before returning to Greece to open a restaurant, while their mother’s cooking inspired many of the flavors they share today.
After moving to the United States, the brothers searched for the authentic Greek dishes they grew up with and realized how difficult it was to find the same traditional flavors. That inspired them to create a place where guests could enjoy Greek food made with the same care, quality, and attention they remembered from home.
Greek Brothers focuses on timeless recipes, fresh ingredients, and dishes made the right way. From family recipes like moussaka and pastitsio to classic gyros, souvlaki, handmade desserts, and imported Greek specialties, every plate is created to bring a true taste of Greece to the community.
